Fanghouling was born in the middle of the night by its creator who was desperately procrastinating doing her assignment for her E-Commerce Business Course by, naturally, watching her favorite horror movies. An idea for creating for a horror movie review website for up-and-coming, mostly independent, projects suddenly possessed her like a manic demon- and the rest is history.
Fanghouling.com was created by Emily, a boring and utterly regular human- but more importantly ran by her cat- Midnight. Emily is a receptionist by day, and horror movie consumer by night. Her cat has graciously agreed to be the Meowditor in Chief, CEO, and Manager of this website- so any complaints will be promptly ignored. As he is a cat and that is what he does. The reviews are written by Emily, but edited by Midnight, he has paws so typos aer nto his fau;t
Well, because Emily needed to create a website for her class. And she needs an A, so she picked a subject she likes. But, in all honesty, this was an idea sloshing around her brain for quite sometime and she finally needed a reason to make it a reality. She really wants to be able to give new horror creators a place to send in their work for reviews and exposure. It is hard to break into the film scene especially in the horror genre- this way Emily (and Midnight) get to check out all types of horror and give back to the creators by giving them a loving (but honest) review of their work. So Fanghouling is both a selfish and selfless project- and most importantly... a solid A business project... an A+ if you ask Midnight... and the ghosts who are willing to haunt Professor Kobylanski if he disagrees... (just kidding, just kidding. Maybe. The ghosts have minds of their own.)
